Terms and Conditions: Services Provided: The DJ Service Provider agrees to provide DJ services for the Client's event as described above. This includes [list specific services such as equipment setup, performance duration, etc.]. Payment: The Client agrees to pay the DJ Service Provider the total amount of [Agreed Payment Amount] for the services outlined in this contract. Payment will be made as follows: [Payment Details, e.g., deposit, balance, due date, method of payment]. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the Client shall provide written notice to the DJ Service Provider at least 30 days before the event. If the Client cancels within this period, they shall forfeit any deposit paid. If the DJ Service Provider cancels, they will refund any deposit received and will not be responsible for any other expenses or losses incurred by the Client. Equipment and Setup: The DJ Service Provider will provide their own equipment and will be responsible for setting up and tearing down said equipment. The Client shall provide adequate space and power outlets for the equipment. Song Requests: The Client may provide a list of preferred songs or genres, and the DJ Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests. Liability: The DJ Service Provider is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss of property during the event. The Client is responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests and their property. Force Majeure: The DJ Service Provider shall not be liable for failure to perform under this contract if it is due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen events. Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and DJ Service Provider and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.
