Terms & Conditions for Event Space Rental Location: Waterfront - Prince Frederick, MD Effective Date: at time of booking By booking this space, you agree to the following terms: 1. Rental Scope & Use The space is available for private events only, including weddings, showers, birthday parties, photo shoots, and small gatherings. Events must be pre-approved, and guests may not exceed the agreed-upon number at booking. The space is a blank canvas—you are welcome to decorate and arrange as desired, but no permanent alterations are permitted. 2. Timeframe Rental includes time for setup and breakdown. Exceeding booked hours may incur additional fees. All events must end by 11:00 PM, including breakdown and guest departure. 3. Fees & Cancellations A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. 4. Conduct & Safety No weapons or illegal substances permitted on the premises. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Hookahs are permitted outdoors with proper supervision. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the waterfront and/or pool area. Any conduct deemed unsafe or disrespectful may result in early termination of the rental without refund. 5. Damages & Liability Renter is financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. The renter assumes all risk and waives liability for injuries sustained during use of the space, including waterfront or pool areas if applicable. 6. Venue Access Access is limited to booked guests only. 7. Clean-Up Renter is responsible for basic clean-up including removal of trash, décor, and personal belongings. A cleaning fee may be assessed for excessive mess or failure to clean. 8. Add-Ons & Pool Use Pool access must be requested and approved in advance. Additional fees apply. Pool use is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. All pool rules must be followed. 9. Photography & Promotion We love when our space shines! We may request permission to share professional photos from your event (with your blessing). 10. Agreement By proceeding with your booking, you agree to all terms above.
