Our facility was designed for the sole purpose of hosting your next special function or business meeting. We can reserve a room for your small group or reserve the entire facility for your group of 500.

Meeting and function space rentals are available for corporations, non-profits, government and public sector organizations, with preference given to those activities relating to the fishing industry. Our facilities are not available for religious or non-business related functions.

There are sufficient tables and chairs in our conference room, but for larger events in the atria, rental of tables and chairs may be necessary.
Restrooms are available on each of the three floors. Our building is equipped with an elevator, and all meeting and function spaces are wheelchair accessible.
Secluded 60 x 40 rustic barn on 12 acres great for weddings, birthdays, graduations, reunions, company parties. The barn has an occupancy of 150. Village by the Sea is conveniently located 1.5 miles from the Maine Turnpike in Wells, just minutes from miles of sandy beaches, world famous Kennebunkport and picturesque Ogunquit. Easily accessible from Boston and Portland means getting here is a breeze for your guests who are traveling. Our spacious one and two bedroom, fully appointed condominiums will make your guests feel right at home. Year-round amenities include a large indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and fitness center. From May through October you and your guests are welcome to enjoy our bocce court, basketball hoop, heated outdoor pool and gas grills. All of our wedding packages include over-night accommodations for the wedding couple and we automatically block rooms, at no expense to you, for your guests.
Our ceremony fee includes a rehearsal with an experienced wedding planner, 100 white chairs, and use of our Bridal Suite.
The Maine Ballroom accommodates up to 200 people with a dance floor and room for your band or DJ. It features French Doors with delightful views of the gardens and an expanse of windows for natural light. The neutral decor will compliment any color or theme. All of our packages include Chivari chairs, floor length linen, displayed and passed hors d’oeuvres, champagne toast and a custom designed Wedding Cake. We offer a wide variety of menu selections and will customize to suit your wishes for your full service buffet or plated dinner.
