C&L Ranch is an event venue located in Porterville, California, just right off of Highway 65. Nestled upon five acres of picturesque views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The venue is surrounded by natural beauty with its rustic and charming event space. Guests are welcome to host their special day among family and friends for an experience they will treasure forever. C&L Ranch rental space includes a wooden structure 12' x 24' that has electrical outlets, perfect for setting up a DJ, musical performance, slide show, etc. Included is a 2x6 ft. metal trough for storing beverages and a fridge. The wooden structure was built on a 3000 sq. foot concrete slab that serves as a dance floor, or stage. Just steps away, there is a rustic fire place with 4 Redwood benches, perfect for resting party attendees. Surrounding the entire rental space is grey granite rock to allow attendees to walk around avoiding dirt, mud and debris. On the north side of the event space, there is a 1/4 acre of grass, perfect for setting up receptions or tables for guests to eat and mingle. To the right of the grass field is a small pond with coy fish, a wooden bench, and beautiful floral landscaping. As the sun sets, it casts vibrant colors across the sky, illuminating the entire event space. Parking is located just south of the structure in a 3 acre lot. Suitable for cars, trucks, vans, buses, RV, etc. There are two clean well stocked restrooms and one ADA bathroom. The venue is suitable to host weddings, quinceañeras, birthday parties, memorial services, anniversaries, reunions, baby/bridal showers, and so much more. A special intimate indoor room can be added for additional fee to serve as a "bridal suite" or the quinceanera and "damas" can get ready for the special day ahead. This room is ideally suited for the star of the show on their special day. It is fully furnished and has a large elegant golden mirror, electric fireplace, fridge and TV.
