Built in 1927, this church has lovely historical bones including fabulous and functional antique radiators. Its an extremely spacious (13,000 sq ft) & comfortable stay for groups. There are 2 pack and plays, 1 additional cot and 10 lightweight kid mattresses (63x28) that can be moved anywhere needed. They are stored in Navy Room closet. (Keep protectors on them.) The kitchen is located downstairs. It is well stocked with 2 side by side refrigerators, 2 side by side stoves, lots of casserole/serving glass dishes, hand mixer and mixing bowls, pots and pans, cookie sheets, standard cutting boards and a large butcher block, microwave, large sink, knives, pitchers, a toaster, wash cloths, Keurig coffee maker, oven mittens, basic cooking utensils, a XL crockpot, XL garbage can, plenty of silverware, plates, glasses and plastic cups for children. There is also 1 high chair. There are 4 dining room tables seat 36. There are additional children's tables and chairs for 12, as well as two 6ft adult folding tables with chairs to seat 12-16 more which are located in the dining room closet. The spacious family room is open to the dining room and kitchen. It has a LARGE set of Vtech GO GO Smart cars and tracks in 2 large ottomans for younger children. There are Usborne children's books on the bookshelf, spare blankets in the side board under the TV, and many board games located on the shelves. The arcade room has a club house. To enter just go up the 5 foot climbing wall then spin down the twirl slide or just chill on the beanbags. There's a sweet ping pong table and foosball. Arcades include pinball, street fighter, NBA Jam, Pac-man, etc arcade games. (These games are ever evolving as the 2 business brothers have a vice for arcades....) The Gym is stocked with basketballs, two basketball hoops and dodgeballs. There's also a Zip-line that runs the length of the gym. The large entryway landing has a coat rack with hangers, a full size piano, and spare blankets in the sideboard under the mirror. The Bathrooms are all located Downstairs. The church is located on a corner of the block in a residential neighborhood. Parking is all street around the church and across the road. There is no laundry room available to guests, however, there is a new and clean laundromat across the street.
