People Often Ask

A: My Possibilities is available most weekdays after 6:30 PM and most weekends. We are a working facility during daytime hours, so evening and weekend bookings are our primary rental window. Contact us to check specific dates.
A: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for fall and holiday dates (October–December) which fill quickly. Weekend dates in particular go fast.
A: Friendship Circle (outdoor courtyard): $850/6-hr · $1,650/12-hr. Kyle's Welcome Center: $550/6-hr · $1,000/12-hr. Large meeting room (900–980 sq ft, 1 available): $400/6-hr · $800/12-hr. Small meeting rooms (500–570 sq ft, 5 available): $200/6-hr · $400/12-hr.
A: Yes, date changes are possible subject to availability. An administrative date change fee of $150 applies for any contract modification.
A: The main rental is Carol's Cafe & Serving Area — over 6,400 sq ft with 25 round tables, 210 chairs, a stage (8'×16'), ramp, and your choice of the Main Lobby or EIS Lobby plus EIS restrooms. Black tablecloths are available upon request when in stock.
A: AV Bundle ($150): 2 wireless mics, 2 screens, lectern, speakers. Beverage Station Bundle ($150): ice machine, coffee & tea brewer, heated cabinets, water & ice station. All Access Bundle ($250): AV + Beverage combined. Premium Event Convenience Package ($650, 12-hr events only): early access, AV bundle, beverage bundle, and late exit buffer.
A: Yes, two options for 12-hour events: Day-before access at $600 flat for the first 5 hours ($150/hr after if available); Day-of early access at $150/hr with a 2-hour minimum.
A: The venue must be cleaned and returned to original condition by 12:00 AM for 11:00 PM events. A Late Exit Buffer ($350) extends departure by one hour before midnight. Additional hours past midnight are available at $400/hr for up to 2 hours on 12-hour rentals.
Carol's Capacity is a little over 400 seated guests, giving room for tables, stage, buffet, dance floor, registration, aisles, and vendor space.
A: Yes — the Friendship Circle outdoor courtyard has a green belt area, park benches, a sidewalk, and an electrical plug for an outdoor stage.
