Centered among one-of-a-kind shops, boutiques and restaurants in Plano, your guests can enjoy the area before and after your event. Rental of event1013 includes the entire building, so you have privacy and control of your event. There are two main rooms for your use: The Main Gallery storefront has original brick walls, hardwood oak floors and a 14' truss ceiling and The Raw Garden, is a more casual, organic indoor garden space.
A state-of-the-art house audio/visual equipment are complimentary: Two huge, 10’ x 20’ video walls with high-definition projection systems and three house sound systems. For music, you can play your own playlists through the house sound systems or upgrade to the Premier Sound Package for a bolder, dance club sound. Dramatic environmental and dance lighting are also available.
event1013 guarantees to be the best value for your budget and includes tables, chairs and many items and features that other venues charge extra for. You are welcome to bring in your favorite caterer, restaurant meals and alcohol.
The venue is conveniently located 4 blocks east of 75 North Central Expressway near the intersection with President George Bush Turnpike. The Downtown Plano DART Station, connecting to nearby hotels is only a half block walk.

We had our company holiday part here, complete with drinks, food and dancing. Event1013 made the party planning so easy for us, once we chose their venue, they helped us by recommending vendors to work with and walked us through everything we would need to do as far as food, music, lighting, etc. The space was perfect for our needs and everyone at the event loved it. If you are having a vintage wedding, Event 1013 is the place for you! Found in downtown Plano, this venue is filled with all kinds of vintage charm! The interior has exposed brick, a video wall, vintage furniture, and state-of-the art lighting displays. This place is perfect for both receptions and ceremonies. The staff is easy to work with and they are very fast to respond to any questions or concerns you might have. Event 1013 is the perfect place to make your wedding a day that everyone will always remember. The venue comes with a large room in the front, a kitchen, a lounge room, one men's room, one ladies room, and a "raw garden" in the back. Also, there is a condo near by for the bride to get ready. This place is the perfect blank canvas for you to make your wedding unique and your own. Packages for renting this venue are very reasonable and great for a bride on a budget.
