Our wedding package gives you a 12-hour rental window it may be divided between the day of your event and the evening prior. You may begin using the venue the evening before your event starting as early as 4:00 PM and ending no later than 9:00 PM. This time is ideal for early decorating, and furniture /tent/ toilet deliveries.
The remaining hours of your 12-hour rental must cover all activities on the day of your event, including set-up, photos, ceremony, reception, and any additional event needs. Our maximum number of guests is 75.
An additional hour is available following your event specifically for clean-up. Please note: this hour is designated as a quiet time—no music or loud noise is permitted during this period.
Your rental also includes an on-site coordinator to:
- Accept and manage deliveries,
- Greet and assist vendors,
- Aid with guest parking,
Provide general support throughout your event to ensure smooth operations.

Payment Terms
The Lessee(s) shall pay Tracee Palmer , owner of The Red Barn at Twin Goat Farm, the agreed upon deposit upon execution of the Rental Agreement to secure the date. After your initial deposit your balance is due 30 days before your event, unless your booked event falls under the 30 day window.
Cleaning/Damage Deposit
In addition to the rental payment, a refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required:
$150 per Event.
The cleaning/damage deposit is due prior to the event and will be refunded within 3 days after the event, provided the space is left in satisfactory condition.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is canceled by the Lessee less than 90 days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited.
If the reservation is canceled by the Lessee less than 30 days before the event, the entire rental payment will be forfeited.
The cleaning/damage deposit will be refunded, regardless of cancellation timing.
Restrictions and Conditions
Due to Noise Ordinances all events must end at 10pm
BYOB Venue: The Red Barn at Twin Goat Farm is a BYOB venue. We do not sell alcohol or food. The Lessee is responsible for food delivery and/or catering.
Kitchen Facilities: We do not have a kitchen or cooking facilities available for use.
Alcohol Service: Alcohol may be served at the event, provided it is served by a licensed bartender with their own insurance or at the Lessee’s own risk. A liability insurance policy is required for alcohol service, typically costing approximately $150 per event (available at eventhelper.com). Please consult your homeowners' insurance policy for coverage options.
Food Delivery: Food must be delivered and ready to serve; cooking and use of ovens are not permitted within the venue.
All vendors must supply a copy of their insurance naming Twin Goat Farm as an additional insured 30 days prior to event
Venue Guidelines & Important Lessee's Closing Responsibilities
Cleanup Responsibilities:
Ensure the space is left clean, as it was found, to receive a full refund of your cleaning deposit.
Specifically:
Wipe down table tops and food service tables to remove any food, sticky desserts, or residue.
Recycle glass and bottles in the designated metal bins.
Place garbage bags in front of the barn.
Remove all decor and boxes. Balloons must be popped and placed in trash bags.
Return any furniture moved to its original location.
Our rental package includes essentials like tables and chairs for up to 75 guests, buffet tables, and a stage—giving you a strong foundation to build your dream event. The barn is decorated in the farmhouse style, adorned with simple greens and ready for your personal touch. As a carry-in, carry-out rental, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to create a space that reflects your unique vision.
With accommodations for up to 75 guests our barn is both intimate and spacious. Available from late April to mid-October, it’s the perfect setting for your warm-weather celebrations.
Barn rental starts at $200 an hour with day insurance required, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
