Payment Terms
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your date, especially for events booked more than 30 days in advance.
• For events scheduled within 3 weeks or less, full payment is typically due at the time of booking.
• Payment is accepted via:
• Credit/debit card (via invoice link)
• ACH bank transfer (via invoice)
• A detailed invoice will be provided for your records.
• All balances must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise noted in your invoice.
Cancellation Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances due to the custom nature of our services and limited date availability.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will not incur additional charges, but deposits are retained.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be subject to the full balance unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Rescheduling is permitted based on availability and must be confirmed at least 10 days in advance. Deposits will be applied to the new date.
Additional Terms
• Travel is free within 15 miles of Pinellas Park, FL. Additional mileage is charged at $1 per round-trip mile beyond that range.
• Rentals must be returned in the condition they were delivered. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee.
• The host is responsible for providing a shaded, level space for the cart and flower setup unless an umbrella add-on is selected.
