Exclusive use of the resort property for your event; includes the following: • Farm tables and Fruitwood Chairs for reception • Pallet Bar – includes service items such as ice tubs, scoops, plastic drink ware, etc. • Fruitwood Chairs provided for up to 125 guests • Dance floor (15×15) • Wedding Arch • Bistro Lighting throughout the Property • 20 Hanging Lanterns/Centerpieces • Porta Potty facilities on-site • Umbrella Heaters • Off Premise Parking and Shuttle Service • Event Tent with lighting* • Gas and charcoal grills • Trash bins and removal during and after event. • Firewood for your cabin fireplaces (weather permitting) and the outdoor campfire pit • An Arizona state-certified bartender for up to four (4) hours of service. Each additional hour is $75. * The event tent has been added to the list of amenities offered as a added bonus and has not increased the overall package price for any 2020 events. With that being said, it is not guaranteed to be available in certain weather conditions that could pose a potential threat of damage to the tent or guests while in use.
