Campus Walk is located adjacent to Franklin Hall and the Courtyard. Campus Walk is the heart of Franklin Commons, stretching from east to west in the center of the “campus”. Wrought iron tables, unique metal sculptures, beautiful landscaping, and a decorative trellis serve as a perfect backdrop for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, dessert, or quiet conversation away from the excitement of Franklin Hall. An outdoor sound system can be programmed to play your favorite playlist or a house selection to help compliment your style.

Our tranquil Courtyard is adjacent to Franklin Hall and features a plush grass area to host your outdoor ceremony. The Courtyard also features an arborvitae tree line, soothing water features, and a vintage steam engine. At dusk, our famous LED “Franklin Kite” softly illuminates from the warehouse wall. The Courtyard can also be utilized for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, mingling, photo opportunities, dessert, and even after-dinner beverages around the fire pit. An outdoor sound system can be programmed to play your favorite playlist or a house selection to help compliment your style.

Franklin Hall is perfect for couples celebrating their wedding with 100 to 250 guests. Enjoy all of the amenities of a scalable space which provides an amazing setting and includes a custom-sized dance floor, a soaring ceiling, windows facing the Courtyard and Campus Walk, broadcast capabilities, Wi-Fi, drop-down screens for instant video, custom uplighting, and award-winning cuisine. Franklin Hall can be configured to match your style for a served dinner, cocktail-style reception, or buffet service. Round tables, a custom-sized dance floor, accent lighting, pin spot lights and white garden folding chairs are included in the rental package.
