Venue Rental Pricing & Terms
Thank you for your interest in renting our event space! Below are the pricing details and rental terms:
Rental Rates
Our rental pricing is based on the size of your party:
• Small Events (Up to 30 Guests): $100 per hour
• Medium Events (31–75 Guests): $150 per hour
• Large Events (76–100 Guests): $200 per hour
Note: A 3-hour minimum rental is required for all bookings.
Included in Rental:
• Exclusive access to the venue for the duration of your rental
• Use of seating, tables, and speakers
• Basic cleanup supplies provided
Payment Terms:
• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
• Final Balance: Remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to your event.
• All payments will be made via a secure payment link (credit card only).
Additional Information
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required based on event type and size. This will be outlined in your rental agreement.
• Setup & Cleanup: Rental time includes setup and breakdown. Please plan accordingly. Additional time needed must be reserved and paid for in advance.
• Overage Fees: Events exceeding the scheduled end time will be charged at the hourly rate in 30-minute increments.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the full rental amount.
