Customer Service was Great

Our sold out wellness conference was a success also because of the lovely venue at Seaport Museum. It brought uniqueness and also the customer service was PHENOMENAL! Good customer service is rare nowadays, especially towards people or group of color, but LT and Tekla were a delight to work with and they made sure we were taken care of and I felt utmost respect and support from them. I highly recommend them. I hope we didn't have to set up or break down or throw away our own trash but if you hire the venue's catering then you won't have to do any of these (I think). Overall, I am very very very happy with the venue and will be returning soon. HIghly recommend for great customer service and beautiful and unique space.
Great space for an event!

The private upstairs room was a great space for an event. We sat just over 100 people very comfortably. It didn't feel empty yet the space could easily accommodate more. There's a great deck overlooking the DE River if weather permits.
