Great place for a fun, stressfree party!, An Eventective User from Springfield, PA

I recently held a 30th birthday party for my fiance at Dave and Busters in Philadelphia, near Pennâ's Landing. We had an amazing time! The party coordinators there really walk you through each step of the party planning process. When I first made the call, a receptionist there checked the date and time of the party to tell me which party rooms were unoccupied. I had questions about each of the areas and their amenities (which ones had pool tables in the room, which ones were closest to the gaming floor). The staff was very happy to explain and answer each question. They also made the menu selection process easy. They sent online forms detailing each and every type of food that was offered, as well as several different party packages for a set price. Despite the set price, I was still able to mix and match a few items to better suit the desires of the guest at my party. They were very flexible with foods offered, and the selection of foods assured each guest would find something they loved. That night, our waiters had everything set up very professionally. The food was piping hot and the chaffing dishes were kept full all night. Additionally, the waitress offered to get drinks from the bar for us or get us anything additional we may need. We even ordered a few extra items from the regular menu (those cheesesteak wraps were amazing order extra!) At the end of the night, a polite hostess found me on the gaming floor and provided a detailed list of my bill. She answered any questions I had and offered to keep the food out a little longer for anyone wanting another bite. Payment was quick and easy, and they again brought out the receipt to me so I didn't have to leave the party to settle up. All in all, everyone had a great time. I felt it was a stress-free planning experience and would gladly do it all over again!
