We had our annual Celebration of our Chapters Mothers/Daughters Philanthropy work and Celebration of our New members. Phil, Trinity and the rest of the staff made our event beautiful and most memorable. Food was fantastic! Highly recommended for any event. Thank you Sharon Mathis

Our event was wonderful thanks to Arizona Broadway Theatre! Their staff completed the set-up and clan-up which was awesome. The dessert table was a hit, they even provided to go boxes for students to take food home! The DJ was through the venue and he was very professional, even let our students request songs there. All staff who helped us throughout the night were accommodating and quick. Really enjoyed how organized they were!

We recently hosted my daughter's sweet 16 here and everyone had a magical time! Phil was on top of everything from day 1 especially with all the changes and updates! His entire team was kind and attentive! Everyone introduced themselves and checked in on us (including the head chef)! Our guests were floored by the venue and I would 1000% recommend it to others!

We had our baby sister's baby shower here and it was amazing! Phil was wonderful to work with and gave great insight for setups. He kept in constant communication and we were aware of everything going on. He even convinced us to go in house with our food selection and his cooks delivered a knockout, the food was wonderful! The day of the event we met his staff and they were so helpful with setup/take down and during the event they were really tentative to all our needs. We highly recommend booking your next event here!

First time hosted the NAACP GALA and it certainly will not be the last time. Phil, the Event Sales Director was very concerned with the details to make sure we received what we were looking for the event. We were not disappointed with the venue, it’s location or room size, Thank you to the chef that prepared the delicious food. Thank you Trinity and the entire staff for the outstanding services that you provide to us throughout the entire evening.

We recently held a sorority formal here and it was amazing. Phil was so helpful in setting up the venue specifically for us. He was so clear and helpful and made our vision come true. The lights fit our theme perfectly and he made sure to get our opinion each step of the way. Everyone had such an amazing night and will definitely try to host here again.

My twins had not wanted a 16th birthday party until a month before their birthday. I googled event halls, left messages, websites had limited info, hit many brick walls. I was going to attend a show at ABT and learned from the website that they host events too. The website was super transparent about pricing, food options, vendors (dj, photographer). I filled out an inquiry form. Phil Perry emailed the next day. Within two days I was able to see the place, choose the menu, table set up, linens, lighting/projections, and sign a contract. The DJ that was contracted was AMAZING (kept the kids going with karaoke and dancing for 4 hours straight; he even had to play slow songs to get them to eat; after the announced last dance they didn't want to leave, so he played an encore). The Encore Room is really an ideal event hall. The balcony and lobby bar were comfortable options for people who needed to get away from the crowd for a bit. The dance floor and stage area with huge projection screen were a perfect setup for partying. The small side dressing room had a bathroom for my family to use. The place has a modern/contemporary feel, unlike other halls where I've attended parties where decor seemed the cheap version of fancy. I'm told from my guests that the food was good and the staff was attentive as far as drink refills and clearing plates. I didn't get to eat, I was busy mingling, hosting, dancing, and being the photographer. The only thing I would have done differently, actually, would be to arrange for a photographer. Even so, the place is so cool looking that my camera phone pictures turned out good anyway. I'm still blown away that such a successful party was so easy to plan. Phil had immediate solutions to my perceived problems, and the outcome would be better than I imagined. Bottom line: he's good at what he does and the place is amazing!

Great venue, awesome customer service, and the food was great. We are coming back for our Christmas Party in a few months, we can't wait!

We celebrated our 2022 Prom in the Encore Room and it was perfect! The staff was great, very professional, helpful and provided us with great desserts. The students had a great time and the venue was the perfect size for the number of students who attended the dance. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day special for our students!

This place is perfect for the situation that the world is in. It has an intimate second floor for the guests that were a bit concerned about the pandemic and a great open space for those looking to party. It is easy to decorate and create your dream vision. My older guests also loved the open bar and ability to step away from all the teens im my daughter’s quinceañera.

Our club has been using the Encore Room each month for the last 7 consecutive months. We have had between 110-170 guests and the accommodations have been perfect. The management and staff have gone out of their way to support our needs. Food options are available along with special dietary considerations, if needed. A perfect venue with professional and friendly people to work with.

Oh my! The GREAT service our group of 75 gals receive at the Encore Room for our monthly breakfast is OUTSTANDING!! The "cruise ship" meal they serve is sumptuous and the room meets our needs very easily. I highly recommend the Encore Room for your next event!

Our Sweet 16 event turned out great! The venue is beautiful, staff is very helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. It’s in a great location and we highly recommend the small room rental as well. They went above and beyond to make our vision for the party come true!

We would highly recommend The Encore Room for any event you are planning. The overall experience was so positive - price, room set up, staff, and food. We didn't have to worry about anything, but could concentrate on why we were there. Thank you to Phil for all your help during the process. You guys are the best!

WOW WOW WOW !! I want to start off with Phil Perry and crew were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Utmost PROFESSIONALISM from even before arrival. We truly were treated with intimate friends greet one another. I have personally rented many event venues in my time, but this place is BEAUTIFUL! They have everything needed for an incredible memory and EVENTFUL! This place is perfected situated near freeway and other awesome locations nearby. So..... for the record....DONT miss OUT on this place! And have to go see a Broadway play soon!! Love you all at AZ Broadway Theater!!

The event place has a very friendly atmosphere, with safety rules being implemented and nice professional place to hold any event. The equipments are available to use with the help of the staff.

Our non-profit organization has held multiple events in the Encore Room. Some theatre style seating and some with lunch served at round tables. Every time we get exactly what we contracted for and the staff is pleasant before, during and after our events. Having options for food and drink are a plus for us. Not once has any of our guests had a bad experience. Our events have hosted between 75-150 guests comfortably in the Encore Room. There is plenty of parking space, the lobby is welcoming and the Encore Room is inviting and well-appointed.

This year of 2020 has lead to so many challenges in planning for special events. Phil was so super to work with and he worked to make my event so special. I have to say, this was the best decision, as having no worries about set up and clean up and all those not so fun parts of hosting an event at your own home, made this so great. I was able to enjoy a comfortable atmosphere and actually talk with my guests. There was plenty of room and area for everyone to spread out so everyone could feel comfortable with spacing. Phil even made sure to have an area for some of my guests to sit apart to enjoy the Sunday football game, lol. The food was so spot on and so very tasty. Everyone had good comments to say about the venue and food! Thank you so much!

Excellent venue for our all day business event that featured a panel of speakers, video, etc. The tables were socially distanced and all the staff was friendly and on top of filing waters, getting drinks, etc. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I think we will be doing more events there going forward as it's close to our office.

I rented the Encore room to have a Celebration of Life for my Mom. The room was beautiful and the people there were so helpful. Phil walked us through everything and made sure everything worked for the day of. He was very helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. I also loved all of the options that were available. I would defuse this venue again and recommend it to others!

The wedding that my brother had past perfect Phil was a great person to work with will definitely keep him in mind for future family events.
