The Collins Homestead hosts our event venue known as Paris in New York! The Homestead is an 80 acre farm once owned by our ancestor from Galway! The farm now offers a renovated 1850s farmhouse, the multi level Harry’s Barn with a formal rustic dining/conference room, a bar, rustic lounge & access to our open air courtyard, a Parisian mezzanine, interior bathrooms, large deck, and manicured lawns framed with fences made of stone, bike trails, playground, garden chess, horseshoes, croquet and more.
