“The Galway” is a one day rental from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The cost is $4,500.00 and includes: • Full use of the Collins Homestead grounds & Harry’s Barn including the Bridal lounge • Tables (rectangle, round or a combination – your choice) with chairs for 125 guests • Harrys Barn seats 90 in the formal dining room • The Loft in Harry's Barn seats another 20 to 25 • Griff’s Pub & cocktail bar area seats another 20 • The large, attached barn deck set up with additional seating, tables & umbrellas, if requested • Harry’s Barn has ADA compliant bathrooms – Men’s & Women’s • We have parking on site and several areas where a catering tent can be set up • We cover the cost of event insurance but you might want wedding insurance as well • You have access to the property for three hours the day before to decorate & set up for the caterer plus rehearsal if your wedding is on the grounds • We help with clean up the next day, take care of garbage and give you time to pick up catering equipment & decorations & flowers, etc...

“The Eiffel” is a 2 day, one night rental. The cost is $5,000.00 & includes everything in The Galway but adds in full use of our renovated 1850s Farmhouse overnight which sleeps 8 with 2 full & 1/2 bath from 10:00 am on day One to 10:00 pm on day two.
