Insurance Requirement:
All bookings require insurance. You can obtain insurance through Peerspace or use Hiscox.com Reservations will not be confirmed without insurance.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
Outside Catering:
Outside catering is allowed.
Set-Up and Breakdown:
Guests are responsible for the set-up and breakdown of their event.
Clean-Up:
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their event and removing all trash from the location.
Restricted Areas:
Guests are not allowed in any other designated area of the center except the event room.
Special Event Insurance:
Guests should purchase the special event insurance policy.
The host is not responsible for insurance for all events.
