Located in an industrial business park off of St. Laurent Blvd, there are no residential neighbors, and no businesses open during booking hours, allowing for DJs and party music all night long. This private clubhouse is available for rent every day from 3 pm to 11 am the next day. We host Birthday parties, team parties, bachelor parties, family parties, friends parties, and work parties. Gatherings of up to 50 people can be had comfortably in this clubhouse. The 15-person modular couch can easily be swapped around into a sleeping space for those nights people need to crash til' the morning. And a shower in case you need to get ready for work. Rental Period: TBD (contact owner) 2. Payment Terms: The rental fee, security deposit, and additional fees must be paid in full 10 days before the event. Late payment will result in a $200 fee. 3. Capacity Limits: The maximum occupancy of the venue shall not exceed 50. The renter shall be responsible for ensuring that the number of guests does not exceed the allowed capacity. 4. Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $400 is required to be paid along with the rental fee. The deposit will be refunded after the event, provided that the venue is left in its original condition. 5. Set-Up and Clean-Up: The renter shall be responsible for the setup and cleanup of the venue and must remove all decorations, equipment, and personal belongings at the end of the rental period. 6. Decorations and Modifications: The renter is allowed to bring in decorations and make modifications to the venue, but all decorations and modifications must be removed at the end of the rental period. Nails, screws, and any permanent modifications to the venue are not permitted. 7. Liability: The renter shall be liable for any damage to the venue or its contents and shall be responsible for any damages caused by the renter or their guests. 8. Cancellation Policy: 30% - If the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the event/service, 30% of the total cost will not be refunded. 50% - If the cancellation is made between 29 and 10 days before the event/service, 50% of the total cost will not be refunded. 100% - If the cancellation is made 10 days or fewer before the event/service, 100% of the total cost will not be refunded. By signing the rental agreement, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
