Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Payment is due after the event is completed. Alternatively, payment can be split: 50% after the event and the remaining upon delivery of the final photos. Accepted payment method: E-transfer. All prices are listed before tax. 2. Session Length Each booking requires a minimum of two hours. 3. Cancellation Policy If the event/session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the client agrees to pay 50% of the package price as a cancellation fee. Cancellations made earlier than 24 hours before the event/session are free of charge. 4. Delivery Final edited photos will be delivered within two business days after the event/session. Each photo includes 1 round of revisions if needed. 5. Travel Fees A travel fee applies for locations more than 20 km from Downtown Ottawa.
