Terms and Conditions

**These are our basic terms, you will receive full terms before signing and sending deposit INITIAL Terms & Conditions Next Door Market & Event Space Inc. 1. Booking Requirements A signed agreement and a $500 security deposit are required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the event date. 2. Space Usage Rental includes access to the 4,000 sq ft main event space and the kitchenette. Backroom use is optional and incurs an additional $50/hour charge. Setup and cleanup time must be included in your rental hours. 3. Capacity & Conduct Maximum occupancy is [insert capacity]. Noise levels must comply with local regulations and remain respectful to neighbors. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will be refunded minus a $150 administration fee. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date. 5. Cleanup & Damage The space must be left clean and tidy. All garbage must be properly sorted into recycling, compost, and trash. Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. 6. Equipment & Decor Decorations must be free-standing or easily removable without damaging surfaces. Access to the speaker system for ambient music is included. Connection to additional AV equipment requires prior approval. 7. Insurance Renters may be required to provide proof of event insurance depending on the nature of the event. 8. Liability Next Door Ottawa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during your event. 9. Parking & Accessibility Free parking is available on-site. The venue includes a ramp for accessibility but does not advertise full ADA compliance. 10.
