Terms and Conditions
For any event hosted with Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club (the Club) a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is credited toward the final balance of your event. An additional non-refundable deposit is required 90 days prior to the event, and seventy-five percent of your balance is due 60 days prior to your event.
Once your contract has been signed, cancellations made within 120 days of the event must be received in writing by the Events Manager and will be subject to cancellation penalties.
Event attendance must be specified (guaranteed) not less than 7 working days prior to the arrival time of the function. This attendance figure must be paid in full at the end of the event.
Food prepared for a function must be consumed at the function. Leftover food items cannot be removed from the premises. No food or beverage of any kind (with the exception of specialty pastries or cakes) will be permitted to be brought into or taken out of the Club.
Alcoholic beverages will be served, sold and consumed on the premises of the Club. Plantation Bay has the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone already under the influence.
