If Riche Events fails to meet our obligations under this agreement for any reason beyond our control, our failure is completely excused and we may cancel this agreement and return your deposit. A signed copy of the Letter of Agreement and a deposit will be required to secure the reservation. The following is a partial list of events that, if they occur, would be reasons beyond our control: strikes, labor disputes, accidents, acts of war and acts of God. If for any reason the reserved space is not available for the event, all money paid will be refunded.
Receipt of a $250.00 deposit for clean up purposes/damages is required before the beginning of an event. The deposit will be held and returned after the conclusion of the event if the clean up meets Riche Events “breakdown” criteria described in the Event Day Catering/Cleaning Responsibility Checklist and there is no damage.
I have received a copy of and have read and understand the terms and conditions of Riche Events Rental Policy and agree to pay and ensure all payment of charges incurred. I also understand that all deposits are non-refundable. I understand this agreement becomes voidable if I cannot show proof of liability insurances as prescribed in the policy prior to the beginning of the event.
Attendees: 125 maximum | Pricing is for all event types
