Ball Conference Center is a locally-owned and intentionally quite affordable multipurpose venue specializing in weddings, special events, and corporate events and business meetings. Named after Kansas City’s Ball grocery family, the Ball Conference Center facility was built in 2004 as part of a capital campaign for a new corporate office for KVC Health Systems, Inc. – a not-for-profit organization; KVC’s mission is to enrich and enhance the lives of children and families by providing medical and behavioral healthcare, social services and education.
With a beautiful ballroom that seats up to 300 guests (for banquet settings), and both a boardroom (seating up to 18), and a classroom (allowing for 40 guests), you’re certain to find the perfect space to suit your event needs – along with a professional event staff that specializes in delivering guest peace of mind. And when it comes to the little extras you need to make your event just right, you’ll find that at Ball Conference Center, we’ve thought of everything.
Granite, hardwood and modern glass architecture adorn the facility – complemented by unique curated artwork and grand open spaces. The effect is a venue that is visually elegant yet warmly approachable.

Our main area boasts a 16'x12' video wall with two side screen projectors which are 7.5'x10'! You will also customize over 20 site-wide flat-screen monitors. We have a built-in sound system with wired and wireless capabilities and state-of-the-art lighting including club lighting capabilities.

All-access events for corporate, fund-raising, convention support, private parties, watch parties, small trade shows and more are offered through our two floor venue.
Available for receptions, banquets, etc. for 200 guests. Offering tables and chairs, mood lighting, nursery room with toys for tots and a fully-equipped kitchen. Bring your own caterer. Plenty of free off street parking available on our lot. Hold your event at our well kept facility! You can have the facility from 8:00am until 1:00am the next day. Prices include all the heavy duty clean up.

BrickHouse is a Canned beer and Burger bar with great food, great beer and one of the best patio spaces in Kansas City. We have three levels for entertainment. Our 2nd and 3rd floors are our event space which is surrounded in beautiful old bricks with the 3rd floor looking down on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has its own private fully stocked bar and T.V. Once you head up stairs to the 3rd floor you have an open concept with amazing natural light, it also features your own restroom and access to an outdoor deck over looking the patio.
