About Pennie's Bloomers
Pennie’s Bloomers is a private florist studio ready to design your special event or single need. As a design studio, we are free to devote our time to your order without the distractions of regular walk-in traffic. Your flowers are custom ordered and hand selected at the Carlsbad Flower District for you alone; we use only the freshest and highest quality flowers.
Combined with a brides inspiration and vision, we strive to create custom personalized floral designs that exceed the expectations of each individual bride and/or client. It's important to me to establish a close enough relationship with my clients so they know they are in good hands and can let go of any flower-related worries.
