Full payment is due on the day of the event unless pervious arrangements have been made through our corporate office. Application for credit can be requested through the Banquet Manager at the location of the event. Please allow three weeks for processing. If payment is not made in full upon the completion of the event, the balance owing will be applied to the credit card or AR account listed above. All deposits for events area means to secure the event space and are non refundable. Deposits will be applied to the final invoice. I agree to be responsible for all charges outlined above plus 15% service charge and applicable taxes. The above charges reflect the items ordered on this contract. The catering department must be notified of the guaranteed number of guests attending the function(s) no later than seventy-two (72) business hours prior to the event. Should no guarantee be received, Hotel (affiliated restaurants) shall charge for the original numbers quoted and the customer shall pay for the guaranteed number or actual number served whichever is greater. Your guaranteed number of guests cannot decrease by more than 25% of your expected number of guests. Cancellation of a confirmed booking, less than 30 days from the event will incur a cancellation penalty as follows: 15-29 days prior to arrival: full room rental will apply. 7-14 days prior to arrival: full room rental and 25% of anticipated Food and Beverage sales will apply. 3-6 days prior to arrival: full room rental and 50% of anticipated Food and Beverage sales will apply. Less than 72 hours prior to arrival: full room rental and 100% of anticipated Food and Beverage sales will apply.
