About Experiences Events Studio
Experiences Event Studio has over 2000+sf of open space with natural light that's centrally located in Downtown Oakland. Venue great for birthday parties for kids and adults, baby and bridal showers, networking events, graduation celebrations, anniversary celebrations, intimate weddings and receptions and more. Ground level (no stairs). It's clean and ready for your special event. Venue rental includes:
- Round tables (5ft)
- Rectangle tables (6ft)
- Black foldable chairs
- Bluetooth sound system (you'll have access to your music streaming app account)
- Food prep are with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and 80qt beverage cooler
- Wifi access
Venue Rates:
- $130/hour (Four hour minimum booking requirement).
Security is required for events between the hours of 5pm-12am. Customer responsible for security fees.
We do not provide catering services. However, outside catering services is permitted or you may bring your own cooked food.
We have add-on items that will enhance your special event such as:
- Mirror Photobooth
