Service With Style — An Eventective User from Oak Brook, Illinois
The Marriott Hotel chain has some key features that are standard across the world. I like having meetings at their Oak Brook location because of its many conveniences. Parking is plentiful and close to the entrance. That is great when I have many heavy bags to carry from my car. The large meeting room at the front of the hotel accommodates two hundred people easily. Restrooms are beside the room. A Starbucks in the hotel lobby makes it easy to grab a snack before or after a meeting. If we are going to be there for a long time, I can also have a meal at one of the well-run restaurants right in the hotel. I am able to invite my guests to join me without having to arrange transportation to another site. The staff at the Marriott is friendly, professional, and efficient. Whether I am asking for directions, getting change, calling for more chairs, or receiving service from the concierge staff, I know I will be assisted quickly and a smiling face will greet me. The people who work there seem to enjoy their jobs. That makes a big difference in attitude and in the way they treat their guests. I have attended events that have lasted several hours. That has made me appreciate the cleanliness, comfort, and air quality of the meeting room. Marriott has seen to the details that make everything more cheerful, welcoming and top quality. If you need a venue for one or more of your professional events, I highly recommend booking a meeting room at the Oak Brook Marriott Hotel. You will be glad you made that choice!
