Excellent for large conference - An Eventective User from Mary Esther, Florida

The North Conway Grand Hotel in North Conway, NH is perfect for a large conference. The location was selected because of its event space, capacity and services. There is full service offered. For the conference, we were able to offer attendees many food options, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. There were packages available which made our choices that much easier. We could even choose to have a fun barbecue theme with hot dogs, beans, salad, chips, etcetera. The variety is absolutely spectacular. The event spaces are great for small breakout sessions and large sessions with hundreds of attendees. The number of rooms available provided us the opportunity to be flexible and offer so many sessions for attendees that it was almost difficult for them to choose what to attend within the conference timeframe! The staff is just wonderful. From the first phone call, through conclusion of the event, staff was available to answer questions for me and even help make decisions about what rooms to put particular sessions based upon expected attendance. They provided vendor recommendations for DJ service, and even transportation. Without naming names, the banquets director and her assistant could not have been any more helpful while on site. Because the hotel is full service, attendees were able to stay on site for a discounted rate. This was great for them, and also offered the option to bring their families along. There is outlet shopping right outside the door of the hotel. There is even a playground and two pools. One is great for children and has a "mushroom" sprinkler and is the perfect depth for little children. For many, bringing their family can make or break their attendance and this hotel offers so much for family of attendees. We highly recommend this conference hotel. Contact them, you won't be sorry!
