Set up & break down are included in your hours purchased. Extra time can be purchased at the hourly price if it is available, This includes extra time for set up. All time purchased is cohesive, meaning you can not set up at one time and then start your event at another time later in the day and/or the next day. Security Deposit & Payment Schedule There is a 300 refundable security deposit that is separate from the venue price. The security deposit is due at booking to hold your date, half of the venue cost is due mid way through and the final cost is due a week before your event. CANCELLATION Cancellation of rental less than thirty days prior to rental will forfeit all rental fees. Cancellation of rental before thirty days of rental will forfeit half of the deposit. If you decide to book with us you will find more information on this in your contract. What's Included The space includes '48 or '60 round tables- 6 or 8 ppl 6 ft rectangular tables -fits up to 8 ppl white plastic folding chairs. If it is not listed here or on the attached add on sheet, we do not have it. We DO NOT do event planning or décor, but we do have a inhouse planner and an inhouse photobooth vendor that we use should you want to use them. Alcohol is permitted but can not be sold. Catering is suggested - We do not have a kitchen. Current Capacity - 100 . What's needed for booking! A covid wavier has to be signed. A state ID & a Debit/credit card must be left on file, You upload it through a secure link. You must view the venue before I am able to accept a deposit. Please Keep in mind that all Inquires are time sensitive, to hold your date you must make your first deposit, until the deposit is made the date is up for grabs.
