The Sam Noble Museum is one of the state’s most elegant and unique venues for hosting your next special event. The beautiful spaces lend themselves to any kind of event, large or small. The museum provides a perfect balance of sophistication and adventure as you mingle beneath a full-scale mammoth or wander through the galleries. On your most important day, don’t sweat the small stuff. Our special events staff is on site throughout your wedding and reception to ensure that you have everything you need. We set up your chairs and tables and take them down! Any audio-visual equipment you may need is taken care of with our a/v tech staff. Your caterer and vendors will take care of the rest! You’ll enjoy exclusive access to all of the main event spaces at the museum, including the Foyer, Great Hall, and Pleistocene Plaza. To give your guests some added entertainment, open up the galleries during your reception for an affordable fee. Interested in an outdoor ceremony? Host your wedding outside on the gorgeous green front lawns or front patio at no additional cost! You will have access to the museum for a wedding rehearsal leading up to the big day, as well as two private bridal suites for the wedding parties. Throughout the planning process, you will work closely with the museum facility rentals coordinator to create an effective layout to make sure your moments are easily captured. We also offer an array of table décor that you may use at no extra cost. Your guests will have access to free and ample parking in the Museum parking lot, and put your worries to ease with our onsite security and custodial. For wedding receptions and ceremonies, we include: chairs, tables, small stage, event techs for set-up/strike, access to a/v system, a/v techs, onsite event assistance, 2-bridal suites, 4-hour rental for wedding and ceremony, 2-hour pre-wedding for prep and pictures, 1-hour ceremony rehearsal scheduled up to two weeks prior of date, onsite security and custodial, array of decor, and access to our free parking lot.
