Once the original 1930's era Fire Station, the Newberry Firehouse Conference Center is a unique and beautifully renovated venue for hosting business and social events. Conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Newberry, directly behind the Newberry Opera House and across from a Hampton Inn, the Firehouse Conference Center is well positioned for an event within a 50 mile radius. Shop, dine and experience the charm of our small town with big town amenities, all in walking distance from the Conference Center and Hampton Inn. The Firehouse Conference Center can accommodate events Classroom style up to 80 people, Banquet style up to 120 people, Theatre style up to 150 people and Reception Style up to 180 people. There are 2 floors of meeting space ideal for hosting 120 people together on one floor with the use of smaller breakout rooms on the upper floor. All rental fees include tables/chairs, setup, cleanup, use of AV equipment and FCC staffing will be on hand. Table linens, chair covers and a dance floor are available for rent. If you are planning a catered event, we are your "one stop shop" offering meal packages to include table linens, a dance floor if needed and meals are served with dinnerware versus disposables.
