Lilian Place Heritage Center is your one stop, exclusive event venue. We provide an Old Florida Estate feeling in a private riverfront venue. Lilian Place Heritage Center has two adjacent Historic Estates, Lilian Place built in 1884 and Hotchkiss House built in 1905. We have a wide variety of areas for wedding ceremonies, receptions and special events. Located in the South Peninsula Historic District in beach-side Daytona Beach, our site encompasses the two historic homes on 2.5 acres overlooking the Halifax River.
We offer catered cuisine with fine restaurant quality, style and service in an array of settings within our estate. Each menu is customized to your individual palate with innovative selections ranging from French, Asian, and other classic cuisines. Our brand new ocean front hotel is located right on New Smyrna Beach's bustling Flagler Ave. We offer a 1,540 sq ft meeting room that also divides into 2 equal sized rooms.
