University Requirements:
• The university requires a letter of intent from all new clients with a description of your organization and what is the nature of the event. (All requests for space will be reviewed and must
meet the Educational or Community Service mission of the University) and list of 3 reference of past host sites.
• The university requires a Facilities Usage Agreement (State of CT contract).
• Certificate of Insurance for 1M listing SCSU as additionally insured
• 501C3 certificate for non-profit entities
• Non-discrimination Certificate
• 25% deposit due with signed contract
