About The Event Cafe

Our unique and sophisticated space in the heart of New Cumberland, PA services professional events such as meetings and receptions - as well as birthday parties, rehearsal dinners and bridal and baby showers- and now small weddings and funeral gatherings in our Little Chapel at The Event Cafe. Conveniently located only 4 miles from the State Capitol, this space features a large conference room as well as a large open foyer for business or personal cocktail receptions and sit-down lunceons and dinners. With a chic industrial feel and flexible floor plan, The Event Cafe can service a variety of both personal and professional event needs. We know there is more to event facilitation than the venue, so we offer event set-up, tables, formal and casual seating, vintage china, speaker and microphone, podium, optional Chiavari chairs onsite, linens and more. Bring your own food, use your own caterer and make use of our catering kitchen, free with the rental of the Sullivan Reception Hall. It is recommended that the Griffin and Sullivan Reception Hall be rented together for events over 40 or more.

It was so beautiful and just made us so happy. They set up the tables and chairs ahead of time and have a kitchen area where you get ready if food is part of your event. In addition, I loved that they gave us 5 hours because setting up and cleaning up can take a bit of time. I loved how they gave us a discount for a Sunday

Highly recommend! We just hosted a rehearsal party there and were just extremely happy with the place. The rooms we used were bright and set up exactly as we needed. The kitchen is spacious and clean. There was more than enough parking for our guests. It was easy to find! The owners were just amazing to work with.
