The Event Cafe requires a $100 deposit upon booking. The balance is due one week prior to your event.
The Sullivan Reception Hall is a modern, chic space with a 12-foot high ceiling, matte flooring and flexible configuration for up to 50 standing or 40 seated. The room measures 24x30 feet and features an open 10-foot counter into the catering kitchen which can be closed off if preferred. Per Event pricing is 5-hours including set-up and tear-down.
