Al Mesa Music - are two robust instrumental / vocal acts plus two backups that cover all of Texas and the US. Tejas Prickly Pair / Dave & Al Duo are Live Music Variety acts performing all styles of music for special events, weddings, parties, ceremonies, conventions, and festivals. We will play our standard show of 3 - 5 sets of music 3 - 5 hours, 45 min + 15 min break or customize it to your event requiring an MC or announcments. Musicians in our acts hold a minimum of 3 or more decades of combined experience, education, and touring. I perform with Tyson, a former world-wide US Army Band guitarist combined with myself a lifetime nation-wide live music performer and touring vocalist, singer/songwriter with released 'on air music' who is currently releasing his cataloge of original music. Al Mesa has composed music of all styles, radio, promos, and PSAs. If there is a 'special song' that needs to be played for a special event or dance, it can be requested ahead of time to ensure Al Mesa Music makes it special.
