We partner with you from first inquiry to final send-off, coordinating every detail of your event—room setup and configuration, catering and beverages, parking and wayfinding, audio-visual and technical support, décor and linens, and more. You don’t need to be an event professional; our experienced team makes the process seamless so you can focus on your guests and your goals.
Our venues accommodate groups from a handful of attendees up to 800. Our Banquet Salons are ideal for weddings, banquets, tradeshows, meetings, and conferences, while a wide variety of classroom-style and multipurpose rooms support board meetings, training sessions, symposiums, and large-scale conferences.
Catering is now delivered by Chartwells Canada, our education food-services partner, offering diverse menus that include Indigenous-inspired options, plated and buffet dinners, and fully customized dishes that reflect your culture, brand, and dietary needs. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, we’ll build a specialized menu with you.
Algonquin College’s on-campus Print Shop & Retail Services can produce and deliver event materials on demand, including menu cards, place cards, name badges, posters, brochures, programs, and directional or branded signage, all delivered directly to your event space.
