Half due upon initial rental to hold the venue. The other half is due 1 week before rental. A cleaning fee of $250 is charged at the time of final payment. If venue is left clean, it is refunded.

Cancellations made 90 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 90 - 31 days will receive a 50% refund.
