Rentals include access to a 900 sq. ft. studio, a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and designated hair, makeup, and wardrobe rooms to keep your shoot running smoothly. Alongside our indoor amenities, we offer a 4,500 sq. ft. outdoor oasis with a blend of rock garden and green space—perfect for capturing extra shots and creating diverse backdrops. This beautifully landscaped area features multiple vignettes and natural lighting options, along with a charming courtyard for intimate scenes or smaller setups, adding even more versatility to your shoot. We also welcome art builds and pre-light setups and offer ample space for prop stylists, set designers, and art directors to bring creative concepts to life. For visiting film crews, the studio also serves as a flexible production basecamp—private, fully equipped, and designed with workflow in mind. To further support your production or event needs, we offer a variety of add-ons, including production services, a still camera package, craft and catering options, AV packages, and essential supplies.
