Rentals include access to a 900 sq. ft. studio, a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and designated hair, makeup, and wardrobe rooms to keep your shoot running smoothly. Alongside our indoor amenities, we offer a 4,500 sq. ft. outdoor oasis with a blend of rock garden and green space—perfect for capturing extra shots and creating diverse backdrops. This beautifully landscaped area features multiple vignettes and natural lighting options, along with a charming courtyard for intimate scenes or smaller setups, adding even more versatility to your shoot. We also welcome art builds and pre-light setups and offer ample space for prop stylists, set designers, and art directors to bring creative concepts to life. For visiting film crews, the studio also serves as a flexible production basecamp—private, fully equipped, and designed with workflow in mind. To further support your production or event needs, we offer a variety of add-ons, including production services, a still camera package, craft and catering options, AV packages, and essential supplies. While we love events of all kinds, our space is not available for personal or unrelated social events such as weddings, baby showers, or graduations
