To reserve the space, please visit our website and fill out the Conference Room form. We will then verify availability and add your event to our calendar.
Yes. If you provide your desired dates in advance, we can check our calendar and book a recurring or standing reservation for you.
We offer on-site food options including chicken salad, hummus and vegetable boxes, yogurt parfaits with granola and fruit, quiche, New Zealand-style savory meat pies, and an assortment of pastries, muffins, and cake slices.
Yes, you are welcome to bring in outside food or catered lunch for your meeting if you prefer.
Yes, you can reserve the room for a full day during our operating hours (for example, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays), and any booking over 4 hours will receive our 25% discount.
Yes, the conference room can be reserved during our weekend operating hours, which are Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
