We held our wedding at the Hyatt House on 1/11/25 and couldn't have asked for a better experience. First Christina was a joy to work with. She answered every question we had, let us come in many times to look at the space & was very accommodating. Half of our guests we're from out of town and having them stay on site was perfect. They enjoyed the amenities of the hotel and the location is within walking distance to so many places everyone was pleased with their stay. Our wedding ceremony was on the T dock and cocktail hour on the main dock while it wasn't sunny it was still the most beautiful backdrop for our pictures. Peter and staff did a great job at the reception, the food was great especially the filet and cocktail hour. Overall it was a smooth and stress free process and I would recommend the Hyatt House to anyone looking to have this size wedding.

I can’t even begin to describe how perfect our wedding at the Hyatt House 5th Avenue in Naples was, and so much of that is thanks to Christina, the catering sales manager, who we hired as our day-of coordinator. From the very first phone call, she made me feel so confident that everything would be taken care of, and she truly delivered. We held our ceremony on the boardwalk, and the setting was absolutely stunning—beautiful views of the water, a gentle breeze, and a peaceful vibe that made the day feel magical. After the ceremony, we had a beautiful cocktail hour outside, overlooking the water. The atmosphere was so relaxed and elegant, and Christina made sure everything flowed perfectly. Guests were mingling, enjoying drinks, and the soft music added just the right touch to the moment. Once it was time for the reception, we moved indoors, and it was everything I had envisioned. The space was modern, yet intimate, and the food was phenomenal. Christina ensured everything was set up exactly how we wanted, and she made sure the timeline was followed perfectly—every detail was flawless. She was there for every question, every last-minute change, and made the whole process feel stress-free. I honestly can’t recommend this venue enough, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Christina managing your event. She’s organized, thoughtful, and truly cares about making your day special. Our wedding was more than we ever could have hoped for, and I’m so grateful to her and the Hyatt House team for making it all happen.
