Executive Chef Bob Schultz received his education at both Sophia University in Tokyo
and The Culinary Institute of America. In 1978 he was awarded “Most Likely to
Succeed” by The Culinary Institute. His expertise as a chef has been recognized in cites
throughout the United States including Minneapolis, Philadelphia, New York, San
Francisco, Scottsdale and St Louis.
Chef Bob a Philadelphia native has been in the profession for over 40 years. He has
served in the American Culinary Federation as Apprenticeship Chair as well as Chairman
for the 1994 Mid Western Regional Conference. He is also a DIRONA award winner for
best chef. He was a member of Conference De La Chaine Des Rotisseurs.
Chef Bob’s Hard Work, Dedication, Direction and Passion has been recognized and

USA Top 50 Chefs, Conde Nast Top 25, 4 Diamond Triple A, 4 Star Mobile, Hospitality
