Welcome to the Inlet Sports Lodge, a unique blend of luxury, southern charm, sophistication and outdoor adventure. Created by local outdoor lovers, the Inlet Sports Lodge offers a stay and play experience unlike any other along the East Coast.
Whether it be a relaxing night away, or a weekend of exploration adventure, the staff at the Inlet Sports Lodge will coordinate your stay to accommodate your needs.
Our well-appointed resort suites and studios come complete with modern luxuries. From exquisitely hand-carved mahogany room doors, heart of pine wood floors, mini-kitchens with fill-sized refrigerators, granite countertops and fine-china stocked maple cabinets, to pressured body jets and rain showerheads. Dine in our on-site restaurant featuring an award-winning chef, order through room service or venture out to the many restaurants along the nearby Marshwalk in the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina."
Our outdoor area rival the great indoors. Unwind on one of our outdoor patios or pool. Grill your own catch of the day on our deluxe gas grill. Sit under the stars in the open-air center courtyard or take in a view of the marsh from the rooftop widows walk.
Take advantage of all nature's bounty in the low-county from the comfort of the Inlet Sports Lodge
At the award-winning Giant Crab Seafood Restaurant, quantity takes a back seat to quality. We offer the freshest, best-tasting seafood buffet in town.
From the minute you see The Giant Crab, you know it’s not just another all-you-can-eat seafood buffet. Sure, it specializes in serving seafood, but it does so in such tremendous, really, “giant” fashion with an emphasis on freshness. A steadfast and diligent crew keeps the buffet well-stocked and, you guessed it, fresh.
Overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway in the Restaurant Row section of Highway 17, the restaurant resembles an authentic Fisherman’s Wharf Village. One side of the structure features a 40-foot waterfall and a lazy river wraps around the entire village. There is even a 50-foot lighthouse reminiscent of those still standing in Nova Scotia. The real eye-catcher, however, is the big, fat giant crab perched just above the entrance. He’s affectionately referred to as “Tommy.” He leads the way to the overwhelming feast that waits inside!
