All Deposits must be made to reserve the event. 1/2 payment for the event must be made 3 months prior to event or immediately if reservation is less than 3 months from event. Balance is due 1 month in advance of the event. If the reservation is made less than one month in advance, full payment is due upon reservation.
Cancellation policy: If event is cancelled at least 6 months ahead of event, a full refund less $15 will be issued. If event is cancelled at least 3 months but less than 6 months ahead of the event, all but 25% paid will be refunded. Between 2 & 3 months, all but 60% of the amount paid will be refunded. Less than 2 months cancellation ahead of the event, no refunds issued. A different cancellation policy for holiday weekends.
The Wagon Wheel Grand Room with kitchen between 10 am - 10 pm. for 4 hours. Over 4 hrs, hourly $25. Includes use of Chairs, tables, and décor. Champagne fountain available. Free parking. A 4 hr boating adventure that can include a ceremony at the waterfalls for the physically fit, intimate guest list or elopement ceremony. Or just enjoy boating on a crystal clear lake - add swim time if it's warm enough. 2 Options: Touring only or tour with a waterfall ceremony. Package includes 1 night lodging at the loft or hilltop cabin. (Add another package for more friends or family to join you at The Wagon Wheel later.)
