The Rengstorff House features three, distinct lawn areas, many with adjoining brick patios. In addition, on-site is an idyllic, restored windmill and water tower structure that serves as a picturesque location for “first look” event images. Everywhere you look, it seems, photo opportunities abound! Adjacent to the Rengstorff House is a charming lakeside area, perfect for bridal photos. In addition, the facility is located within a wildlife and recreation area, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Lovely place for a great party - An Eventective User from mountain View, CA Mountain view

Rengstorff House is a beautiful venue for a party. It is located in Mountain view. It's a great setting for a wedding event. This house belongs to the city of Mountain View, so it's not advertised the way other private places are so is a very reasonably priced venue. Rengstorff house truly is a beautiful place for an outdoor event. They have a garden area which is used for the ceremony with lots of space for guests. You have to rent the furniture and sound system on your own. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had our Ceremony in the back garden, Cocktails were served in the front garden and the main garden was used for the Reception. We added enhanced lighting to set the mood and it was absolutely beautiful - this is another extra cost, but so worth it. The communication was excellent throughout. The food was very delicious. It was served very well. Appetizers were served outside but the dinner buffet was indoors. Overall, It was a amazing anniversary party due to the venue. It was amazing place to hold parties especially wedding ceremonies. I have recommended them to my friends also because I would like to go there again.
