The Rengstorff House is available for Weddings/Receptions, Garden Parties, Team Meetings and Special Events. Rengstorff House is a 12-room, 3,955 square foot house with 10-foot ceilings on the second story and 11-foot ceilings on the first floor. We recently updated the facility to include wireless internet access, making Rengstorff an attractive location for meetings and business presentations. The House features a Victorian Italianate design with a hip roof, a central gable crowned by a widow's walk, front portico and symmetrical room layout. The gracious dining room and three lovely parlors, all decorated with classic period décor, open up to brick patios surrounded by manicured lawns, blooming flowers and natural areas. The maximum capacity of the house using only the indoor areas is 48 people. Using both the indoor and outdoor areas, the house and grounds can accommodate up to 150 guests and is wheelchair-accessible.

Lovely place for a great party - An Eventective User from mountain View, CA Mountain view

Rengstorff House is a beautiful venue for a party. It is located in Mountain view. It's a great setting for a wedding event. This house belongs to the city of Mountain View, so it's not advertised the way other private places are so is a very reasonably priced venue. Rengstorff house truly is a beautiful place for an outdoor event. They have a garden area which is used for the ceremony with lots of space for guests. You have to rent the furniture and sound system on your own. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had our Ceremony in the back garden, Cocktails were served in the front garden and the main garden was used for the Reception. We added enhanced lighting to set the mood and it was absolutely beautiful - this is another extra cost, but so worth it. The communication was excellent throughout. The food was very delicious. It was served very well. Appetizers were served outside but the dinner buffet was indoors. Overall, It was a amazing anniversary party due to the venue. It was amazing place to hold parties especially wedding ceremonies. I have recommended them to my friends also because I would like to go there again.
