I can’t recommend this venue highly enough. First of all the staff there was extremely easy to work with. Marsha was our event coordinator was outstanding. She gave us terrific advice on all levels. The parking is great. It’s easy to find inside the old San Antonio San Antonio shopping center. The hotel is located on the former Sears store location. There are many places to dine and shop and shop in the immediate development.
We had a large gathering of folks who were older, and all of the accommodations were very easy for us to maneuver and the staff helpful. The food offerings were delicious and Chef was very sensitive to our specific diet restrictions and requests.
I would return to this venue for any type of large group event with no hesitation !!
