$800 is to book the spot just for events that liquor won't be sold on the headquarters unless you buy out the bar for $1000 a downpayment of half is required to book your date also this spot comes with a dj if needed for the dj the price will go up depending on how many hours you guys will be keeping your party this is a private location so yes there are rules there is no parking you are required to throw out all garbage in the facility after having your event make sure all garbage and nothing left in the kitchen this place has a refrigerator and also it has a kitchen for use.
