Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made 75 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus a $250 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 30–59 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following forms of payment for the balance of your wedding package:
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Check (made payable to [Your Business Name])
Digital Invoice (payable online via Stripe, Square, or QuickBooks)
Payment Due Date
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Late payments may result in forfeiture of your date.
