The Fort is a full scale replica of Bent’s Fort, a well-known nineteenth century fur-trading post in southeastern Colorado that operated on the Santa Fe Trail from 1833 until 1849. The Fort is the largest adobe building in the nation and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Fort features romantic dining rooms with cozy beehive fireplaces and a spacious outdoor patio that is perfect for your ceremony. The Main Dining Room with its large fireplaces, beamed ceiling, artwork of the old west and authentic mid-nineteenth century artifacts offers spectacular views of the foothills, the lights of Denver and the plains beyond.
