Facility Fees are all-inclusive. Because we offer many different options for all different tastes and budgets, it is best to break down pricing into four categories: Facility, Food, Beverage, and Accommodations. Facility pricing depends on date, guest count, and package selections.
Saturday: $7,500 Sunday: $5,000 Friday: $5,000 Monday–Thursday: $2,000

**Standard Facility Fees Include: Use of the facility for a total of 11 hours: 3 hours set-up time; 7 hours of event time; 1 hour breakdown time; starting at 3:00PM, and ending at 10:00PM.
***Also Included are: Outdoor/indoor ceremony area including white folding chairs, lounge area and bocce ball courts for cocktail hour, bar, dance floor, and dining hall for reception; state of the art sound system with 100% property coverage, reception tables & white Chiavari chairs, flatware, stemware, and china, outdoor umbrellas (if needed), outdoor heaters (if needed), and Management Representation on the Event Day.

Our special events dinner packages are all-inclusive and consist of different options based on your tastes and budget.
Buffet Dinner Classic Dinner - $64 p/p + tax and service charge Premium Dinner - $68 p/p + tax and service charge
Family Style Dinner Classic Family Style – $74 p/p + tax and service charge Premium Family Style - $78 p/p + tax and service charge
Plated Style Dinner Classic Plated Dinner - $92 p/p + tax and service charge Premium Plated Dinner - $102 p/p + tax and service charge
*All packages include 3 hors d’oeuvres, salad, bread, two proteins, and two or three sides. The minimum guest count for all packages is 100 guests or 150 guests Saturdays.
**Willow Heights Mansion does not allow outside caterers or outside alcohol.

Menu Options
Menus may vary from season to season based on availability of some items and Chef Mark’s Creative Spirit. Customized menus are available for plated dinner options. Pricing for these packages are determined by food selections, guest counts, and are subject to availability.
Beverage Menu
Willow Heights Mansion requires a beverage deposit of $30 per person for hosted wine, beer & champagne option and $50 per person for a fully hosted open bar option. A full Cash Bar is also available at no additional charge.
