About Heritage House

Heritage House is the perfect venue for weddings, celebrations, receptions, banquets, meetings and seminars. Heritage House comfortably seats 200 guests (banquet style) for events such as weddings, receptions, banquets and private parties and 300 guests (theatre style) for ceremonies, lectures, seminars, business meetings and workshops. The rental fee is the same for weddings, special events and corporate functions: $150/Hr (Nonprofit $125/Hr.) Some of the amenities included in every rental: • Convenient Catering Kitchen • Wi-Fi, multiple HD viewing screens, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and AV technician dedicated to your specific event upon request • Adjoining terrace with outdoor fountain • Table and chair set-up • Bring your own caterer or we can recommend one • Alcoholic beverages are permitted within policy guidelines • Private parking & easy load-In area • Convenient to I-77 in Mooresville, NC

Rehearsal dinner - An Eventective User

The Heritage House was the perfect venue for our rehearsal . We decorated and it was beautiful. The tables were set up and audio/ visual area ready for use when we got there. The hall and kitchen are very clean. It was really easy planning our event because Andrea was so pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this venue for a party or wedding.

50th Birthday Celebration - An Eventective User

I highly recommend this venue! The venue was nice and the staff was extremely great and professional from the beginning of booking the venue to the very end of closing out the night of the event.
